an orange
peeled and sectioned
half of
a frozen banana

almond milk

orange juice or fresh juice from and orange

orange zest
1/2

vanilla extract

old fashioned rolled oats

light and fit greek yogurt
I use vanilla
Instructions
Before cutting your orange take some of the zest off to get at least a 1/2 tsp.
Cut your orange in half and peel half of the orange, add the sections to a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend everything together until smooth, makes one serving.
